| Rules |
1. The race is subject to the rules of the IAAF, ASA & KZNA
2. All entrants must be medically fit and enter at their own risk
3. Entrants, who are not licensed runners, may purchase a temporary licence with their entry
4. Age category & walker tags must be worn on the front & back of the vest!
5. 2010 licences must be worn on the front & back of vest!
6. Ages: 21.1km - 16 years on race day & 10km - 15 years on race day
7. All foreign athletes must abide by IAAF rules 4.2 & 142
