| Information & Rules |
1. Registered athletes must run in club colours with 2010 number displayed on back and front of vest
2. Temporary number on back
3. Temporary licensed athletes to wear plain clothing
4. * Runner must be 15 years or older on race day for the 15km
4. * Runner must be 19 years and over on race day for the 32km
5. Age category ID tags must be worn front and back
6. Refreshment tables every 3km
7. Price giving at 09h30
8. Athletes indemnify the National, Provincial and Regional bodies and organizers of the race against any action arising from their participation in this race
9. No seconding allowed
10. Athletes must ensure that they are medically fit to participate
11. There is no cut - off time
12. Traffic officers and Marshalls to be obeyed
13. Toilet facilities available
14. Food and refreshments will be on sale
15. Entry fees are not refundable
