Refreshment stations: Approximately every 3km on route
Easter feeling: Hot Cross Buns are served with coffee on the morning of the race!
Participants are surprised every now and then with an Easter Egg!
Pasta evening: Friday, 2 April 2010 Pasta with Buns & Salads will be served from 18h00 at Cecil Emmett Park. Please indicate on your entry form how many meals you require and pay with your entry fee. All runners welcome with their families!

| Rules |
The race is subject to the rules of IAAF, ASA & KZNA
Age category, 2010 licenses and walker tags MUST be word on the front & back of the vests only!
All entrants must be medically fit and understand that the organisers cannot be held responsible for any injury
or illness incurred as a result of the race, or for any property lost or damaged
Any entrant not licensed may purchase a temporary license with their entry, which is valid for race day
only
Age category ID must be worn to qualify for prizes
Foreign athletes must comply with IAAF rules as per rule 4.2 & 142
No personal seconding allowed
The age limit for the 50km race is 20 years and the 21.1km is 16 years on the day of the race
