. The 10km and 21.1km will be presented according to IAAF, ASA & AGN rules
. Foreign athletes must observe IAAF Rule4, Para 2
. 2010 Licence Number must be worn front and back (10km & 21.1km)
. Age restrictions 15 years and older (10km) and 16 years and older (21.1km)
. In order to be eligible for age category prizes, the relevant age category insignia must be worn (front and back) by athletes. Proof of age is required
. All participants compete at own risk. Traffic officials must be obeyed at all times
. Time limit for 10km & 21.1km = 3hours, Cut-off 10:00, and 5km 08:00
. Members of the Arcadia Running Club may not participate
