. 5km Fun / Run Walk - open for all ages (children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult)
. No Licence needed for the 5km Fun Run / Walk
. The start of the race will not be delayed for any reason

. Unlicensed entrants must wear age category tags to claim age category prizes
. T-shirts will be given to the first 800 finishers of the 42.2km marathon and 21.1km half marathon

| Rules |
. All events are subject to the rules of IAAF, ASA & KZNA
. Licensed entrants must wear: Full Club Colours, 2010 licence numbers (front & back of vest), Age category tags (front & back of vest)
. Walkers must wear Walkers tags (front & back of vest) (can be purchased for R10)
. All unlicensed entrants require a Temporary licence (can be purchased for R25)
. No personal seconding will be permitted
. Temporary licenses are allowed for the 42.2km & the 21.1km races
. Foreign athletes must comply with IAAF rule 4.2 & 142
. No vehicles or bicycles are permitted on the route
. The race Referee's decision is final. Marshals & Officials must be obeyed
. Any appeals must be lodged in writing within 30 minutes of the cut-off time and must be accompanied by non-refundable deposit of R100
. Entry Fees Are Not Refundable
