. Manual registration at Botswana Athletics Association (BAA), situated at Maru a Pula (nearby former Blue Tree), Mon - Fri, 7.30am - 4.30pm

.Race numbers will be collected on Friday 16th April from 12:00 and Saturday 17th April from 9am to 6pm at the Phakalane Golf Estate (No race number collection possible on the day of the race)

| Rules |
. The race is held under the rules of IAAF and BAA
. Drug testing will be applied as stipulated by NADA. Prize money will not be paid out until the result of all drug testing has been completed
. Runners will be required to bring proof of valid ID and registration / entry to collect the race numbers. Any person collecting numbers on behalf of another runner must bring a letter confirming the request to collect the number and a copy of the runners ID
. Minimum age to run 42.2km is 19 years on race day
. Minimum age to run 10km is 14 years on race day
. If not running for an athletics' club then runner must wear plain unbranded clothing
. Prize winners are required to be able to provide proof of valid identity on race day
. Foreign athletes must provide a letter of permission to run from their national athletics federation and abide by IAAF rule 4.2
. Runners support vehicles and seconding will not be allowed to follow runners on the route. These must take alternative routes to the official support points. Any runners supporters / seconds found on the route will result in their runner being disqualified
. A 6 hour 30 minute cut off is applied to the marathon finish. In the interest of safety any runner not reaching the following points will be withdrawn from the race in the interest of traffic safety
1) Nelson Mandela / A1 traffic junction in 5 hours 15 minutes
2) Half way in 3 hours 30 minutes |
