| Rules |
1. The Walk starts and finishes at the Gandhi Hall, Impala Crescent Lenasia, Ext.5
* The starting times for this Fun Walk 15km - 8.15am and 7km - 8.30am
2. It is imperative that, to ensure the smooth running of the walk, all rules must be strictly adhered to. Instructions of marshalls and traffic authorities must be obeyed. Their role is essential for the safety of the walkers and vital for the future of the race. All general rules of the road to be obeyed
3. The participant agrees to take part in The Gandhi Walk at his/her own risk and hereby indemnifies the organisers of the walk against any claim which may result from his/her participation. It is his/her responsibility to medically fit to walk
4. Attach the race number with safety pins to the FRONT of your vest
5. Any participant reported running by any official of The Gandhi Walk Committee will be disqualified
6. On the day of the walk the following categories apply and trophies will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd finishers in each category
7. A winning walker will be awarded a trophy in one category only. Winners must be present at the presentation at 11.45am
8. The judges decision is final, no discussion will be entertained
9. Proof of Age to be produced on request

11. The slip below must be completed and placed in a draw box after the walk in order to qualify for a spot prize. Incompleted slip with not qualify for a spot prize
